📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. Custom requests (such as specific color schemes) may take additional time.

We offer standard shipping across the U.S.

🕊️ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us at info@waterfreegreenery.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to make it right.
