I wasnt going to write a review but you did not respond to my last email so you probably have no intention on changing your design or acknowlding tbe issues. Abd, tour sight keeps emailing me to make a review. These baskets are not worth the price. They are not full like the picture. They are not "designed" or put together with effort or artistry. Basically, 4 stems of ferns are poked into a foam base sprayed at the bottom of the basket. You are given loose dirt product to cover the foam. The ferns were obviously not "arranged" because you can see each strand base is straight and the individual fern per stem is still pressed together in line and has not been bent to add styling or adjusting/manipulating of each section. The ferns easily fall out of the holes as well. Also the chains are not your classic hanging plant chane but are the ones that look like a pinch collar. Because there is no refund policy and because I bought 4, I decided to dismantle 2 and use those ferns on the other two. I also manipulated each fern stem to spread out and create a natural look. Now I will gift them away because just looking at them reminds me of the waist of time and money. I think the owner could make simple adjustments like using 8 fern stems per basket and changing to a classier looking chain. I do hope your business succeeds, but not out of the low quality put into the current baskets available. I really expected more after emailing you and discussing my expectations and use for the faux ferns. You were pleasant in tbe emails and I was really shocked how it all ended. I do wish you the best in your future crafting.
